About the Position This is a part-time or full-time position for a Clinical Therapist or our new clinic in Eugene, Oregon. As a therapist at Head Well, you will be a part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team that cares deeply about our patients and our communities. The Therapist will be responsible for providing psychotherapy in outpatient setting for a dedicated patients caseload and possibly ketamine-assisted/ integration psychotherapy for patients in our ketamine therapy and Spravato program. As the therapist, you will develop the patients individualized treatment plan in conjunction with our providers and work with our interdisciplinary treatment team to implement the plan. Head Wells admin team will assist therapist schedule individual, couple and family sessions with patients. Working with patients requires the ability and willingness for deep self-inquiry and self care. Making sure we can do this work for all people struggling with mental health struggles means taking on the difficult task of examining our own perspectives and biases. Potentially facilitate groups with expertise, demonstrating ability to engage, set limits and monitor group process Familiarity with various treatment modalities and proficient in some including, but not limited to DBT,CBT and CBT-e, Narrative, experiential, attachment based an/or passionate about the specific evidence based clinical theory of your choice Provide individual, coupled and family therapy to patients with co-occurring disorders using evidence-based, trauma-informed and culturally competent interventions Utilize a multi-disciplinary team approach for the care and treatment of patients Develop treatment plans in conjunction with treatment team Participate and engage in weekly clinical individual and group supervision with curiosity and an open mind and heart. Work with multidisciplinary teams utilizing an integrated team-based approach to best support members, which may include working together on network not available (NNA), out of network exceptions (OONE), and one-time agreements (OTA). Serve as primary resource to member and family members for questions and concerns related to the health plan and in navigating through the health systems issues. Interact with other PacificSource personnel to assure quality customer service is provided.
