Job Description Master's Social Worker (LLMSW and LMSW) Under the leadership of the Social Work Manager, the Master's Social Worker (MSW) works independently to assess the needs of, coordinate, and deliver social services for participants and families/caregivers. The MSW is a member of the Participant Care Team (PCT) and the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and participates in the assessment, intervention, management, and review of social service needs. About the Role You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for individuals with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder. This includes administering assessments, integrating results, and providing high-quality diagnostic reports and feedback to families. Key Responsibilities: Conduct interviews, direct/indirect assessments (including ADOS-2, ADI-R, and similar tools). Score, interpret, and write comprehensive diagnostic reports. Deliver findings and recommendations to families and referral sources. Submit completed reports and invoices within 48 hours of patient contact. Maintain professional and ethical standards in all evaluations. Advocate and negotiate with healthcare team and community agencies for resident/family to receive needed care.
