Key Responsibilities: Clinical Assessments and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for patients in their homes or assisted living environments. Assess the impact of mental health disorders on the patient's daily life, relationships, and overall well-being. Therapeutic Services and Counseling: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to patients facing mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.
