You should get in touch if: You have a Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program and possess a valid New Jersey or Georgia LCSW license. You are comfortable conducting field visits within your county and neighboring counties, with up to three field visit days per month. You have 3+ years of clinical experience in an inpatient or outpatient care setting. You have experience connecting individuals with community and social service resources, or the drive and curiosity to research and build those connections. You maintain a valid New Jersey driver's license and have access to reliable personal transportation. You are bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, but not required), with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant's education, work experience, certifications, etc.
