The Thrive Program currently has one pediatric psychologist who serves as the director of the Thrive Program and provides both inpatient and outpatient psychological services. This new position will involve primarily outpatient services to patients with congenital and acquired heart conditions through outpatient therapy, targeted assessment, and brief consultation in interdisciplinary clinics. Specific clinic involvement is open, although multiple multidisciplinary clinics exist [e.g. Preventive cardiology, Muscle Nerve clinic, Fontan follow-up, Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD)].
