Conducts reviews of outpatient charts for quality assurance purposes to ensure that they meet Department of Health Care Services, Drug-Medi-cal and CARF standards. Determines that the chart contents meet those standards and identifies the need for additional training. Provides documentation training and supports to staff as needed. Minimum qualifications: The Clinician I or II , Substance Abuse Disorders position requires resourcefulness, problem solving and clinical skills and must be able to work effectively in varied situations. Must possess knowledge about addiction and sound addiction treatment practices.
