Job Summary The Inpatient Adult Psychiatry Staff Clinician is a Masters prepared clinician who has clinical responsibilities related to the treatment of patients on the Inpatient Adult Psychiatry service. The staff clinician provides needed psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, collaborates daily with an interdisciplinary team, formulates treatment plans, coordinates care with families and outside providers. Clinician provides case management and discharge planning services, family support, and individual (and potentially group) treatment of patients on the inpatient psychiatric unit. The person in this position also complies with all governmental and other regulatory group requirements for documentation and care standards.
