Minimum Qualifications + Active Washington licensure as LICSW or LMHC (master's degree required). + Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care. + Proficiency with CBT and DBT modalities. + Experience conducting intake assessments, risk evaluation, and treatment planning. + Background in high-acuity settings such as Psych ER and/or Inpatient Psychiatry with crisis stabilization experience. + Strong teamwork, communication, documentation, and clinical judgment skills. + Comfortable working with law enforcement (patient transport and coordination). + BLS (or facility-required life support certification) by start date. + Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and adapt to dynamic workflows during start-up.
