Your Responsibilities:
Provide Outstanding Care: Assess mental health diagnoses, create treatment plans, and use creative interventions to support clients.
Maintain a Caseload: Manage approximately 10-15 clients per week, providing consistent, quality care.
Complete Clinical Documentation: Submit session notes, treatment plans, and case reviews promptly and accurately.
Collaborate with a Team: Work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure client success.
Contribute to Our Mission: Participate in team meetings, training, and collaborate with Ellie staff to break down mental health barriers.
Who Were Looking For:
A Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP, etc.) OR someone close to obtaining full licensure.
Experience with therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation.
Ability to complete DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus).
Clinicians who are credentialed with insurance panels are preferred but not required.
