Job Summary
The Registered Nurse will be assigned to all high-risk population studies such as Pediatrics and Neonatology involving investigational drug studies and to studies involving administering IV study medication. Recruitment of new study participants to include screening and randomization; management of study documents, regulatory, data entry and assist with unfunded and/or investigator-initiated studies. Responsible for data entry into sponsor's EDC of choice and other data upload systems as well as maintenance of AU OnCore to include updating task lists, entering billing grid information into the financial console, and entering new patients as well as occurring completed visits. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university, active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia, and a minimum of three years of clinical experience in a specialized area. Must possess a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS/BCLS certification
OR
Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university, licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia, and a minimum of six years of clinical experience in a specialized area. Must possess a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS/BCLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of CITI Program (learner group 1 FDA regulated research).
Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or eligibility to take certification exam.
Additional years of nursing experience, specifically in a hospital setting.
Pediatric nursing experience and clinical research experience are highly desirable.

Essential Functions
Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities

Under the general supervision of the Clinical Supervisor or designee, this position works to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families served. This position works closely with youth, family, foster parents, and community partners, providing counseling or therapy, advocacy, and support toward the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully in the community.
Responsibilities
Actively supports, represents, and extends the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
Provides appropriate individual, group, and family mental health services, case management, transportation, and other professional services, meeting or exceeding established outcomes thresholds on behalf of persons served.
Travels daily, to provide community based services to, and on behalf of, youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements.
Completes all required documentation in a timely manner.
Completes all required training in a timely manner.
Consistently achieves established productivity thresholds.
Coordinate and monitor services for the youth and family in the community, including but not limited to, mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational, and social services.
Regularly reviews and modifies youth based plans to assure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.

Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and a good driving record.
A willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours in the service of foster caregivers, families of origin, and persons served.
Capacity to be flexible and responsive to youth served, foster caregivers, system partners, and internal customers.
Capacity to remain objective and professional in all areas of job function. Demonstrates tolerance and respect for the ideas and actions of others.
