Qualifications What We Are Seeking Position requires a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Must hold CA licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC), active associate number or intern number from the Board of Behavioral Sciences, in good standing. Position requires a minimum of one (1) year experience working with clients with substance use disorders and/or borderline personality disorder. Certification or significant experience in providing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), strongly preferred. Other Requirements Clearance of TB test, fingerprinting and state clearance, and any other mandatory state/federal requirements. Current CPR and First Aid certification.
