A Senior Clinician at Covenant Family Solutions provides oversight of Nurse Practitioners, Nursing Assistants, Licensed Mental Healthcare Providers and Administrative Assistants while managing their own client caseload. This position is responsible for ensuring a high quality of care is being provided to our clients. This position does not involve supervision of temporary licensed therapists. Responsibilities: Understands and lives CFS Core Values. Develops with the Regional Clinic Director/Clinic Director and AA weekly Clinic Meeting Agenda. Facilitates weekly clinic meetings. Works closely with the Regional Clinic Director/Clinic Director to review clinic KPIs and quarterly goals. Audit records as clinically needed under the guidance of the Clinical Director to ensure quality of care is being provided. Auditing will be completed at least annually. Provides clinical case consultation to providers. Works with the Client Experience Manager to ensure Administrative Assistants have the appropriate training. Services are intended to assess the appropriate level of mental health care for children and adolescents and provide comprehensive community care through direct services and/or linkages to the least restrictive resources. Provide direct crisis intervention services, including after-hours coverage to all persons in the organization service area (Knox, Warren, Henderson, Henry Counties) on a timely basis. Provide case coordination services to families applying for or receiving the Individual Care Grant as assigned. Provide critical incident response services to the community at large: schools, businesses etc. Provide training to staff, community groups, or other parties on crisis interventions related topics. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field. A Master's degree and prior experience with crisis counseling and intervention is preferred. Position Details The Therapist - Iowa Sexual Abuse will provide trauma-informed, survivor-centered, comprehensive services to survivors of sexual abuse within our service area, which includes Scott, Clinton, Jackson, Muscatine, and Louisa County. This position will provide both in-person and telehealth counseling and therapy to support clients in the recovery process. This position will utilize a variety of intervention techniques to assist the client in achieving their counseling goals. In addition, this position will provide outreach, awareness, and training to the communities in the areas served to ensure survivors have access to services. This position will also require the therapist to provide in-person and over-the-phone crisis intervention and advocacy as needed. This position must be available and capable of participating in the 24-hour on-call rotation for Survivor Services, including day, night, weekend, and holiday coverage between 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m.-8:30 a.m., and full 24-hour rotations on weekends and holidays across all five counties served (Scott, Muscatine, Louisa, Jackson, and Clinton) This position requires reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. These responsibilities are carried out under the direction of the Supervisor - Braking Traffik & Iowa Domestic Abuse/Sexual Abuse.
