What you'll be doing:
Clinical Practice
Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners by administering; ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS, Essential for Living or other Functional Behavior Assessments
Creating and supervising the implementation of individualized goals and objectives for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
Creating individualized behavior intervention plans, monitoring implementation and providing feedback as necessary. The Behavior Analyst will provide direct behavior analytic therapy as needed.
Conducting parent trainings as clinically appropriate for the learner.
Supervision
Capturing and contriving opportunities to teach staff and learners in the natural environment and trains others to do the same.
Participating in parent meetings, treatment meetings, stakeholder meetings, trainings and other meetings as needed.
Supporting initial training alongside the training team, assisting with ongoing training with a focus on retaining and supporting behavior technicians.
Developing and retaining staff through performance reviews, discipline, development activities and formal and informal training in accordance with Hope Network's Employee Handbook and BACB guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Master's degree in a field related to Behavior Analysis (Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred)
BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure
At least 1 year of experience working as a BCaBA or under the supervision of a BCBA in training hours
At least 2 years of experience working with youth diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder

Position Summary:The Licensed mental health provider/Non-Clinical Case Manager shall provide year-round dedicated mental health and wellness services to Washtenaw Community College students. The primary goal is to facilitate student success and retention by providing short-term counseling and mental health support , non-clinical case management, referral to internal/external counseling resources, crisis intervention, engaging students in self-care, promoting student success and wellbeing, and fostering behaviors that contribute to student degree completion. The Licensed mental health provider/NCCM will accomplish this through best practices and clinical interventions based on the established WCC counseling scope of practice, community referrals, and follow-up services.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to daily counseling and case management functions including student emergencies, student referrals, walk-in requests, and faculty/staff/administrative consults. This includes regular responses to crisis and urgent mental health needs where wellness checks on students may be appropriate and follow-up necessary.
Ability to quickly make a strong therapeutic alliance with students of any background to support their emergency or day-to-day mental health needs.
Provide specialized support and intervention for WCC students experiencing complex mental health issues and crises. This includes comprehensive suicide risk assessment, safety planning (including lethal means management), and consistent application of WCC emergency mental health protocols.
Provide timely and appropriate referrals to internal and external support services, and coordinate intervention plans in collaboration with community resources using a case management model
Assist with long-term needs of students including follow-up to ensure students have been successful in addressing issues/questions related to student crisis. This may include creating and managing post-intervention strategies for those students returning after a psychological emergency and/or hospitalization.
Monitor and track individual cases and student progress to ensure compliance with recommendations, including safety assessment and safety planning
Manage a caseload of students through an electronic documentation system and communicate with relevant campus partners regarding students of concern. This includes making sure all correspondence, notes and action items are accurately documented
Create and maintain mental health/wellness presentations, educational programs, and materials for faculty, staff, and students.
Perform outreach to faculty, staff, and students as well as other community stakeholders to support students in need
Prepare reports, proposals, and audits as required by the Executive Director of Student Success Services
Conduct research on best practices and evaluate benchmarks associated with the proactive assessment of initiatives supporting the mental health/wellness of current students.
Assist in the development of strategic goals that align with institutional goals relevant to student mental health/wellness needs
Collaborate as part of the college CARE team, a multi-disciplinary team designed to provide assessment and support to students of concern.
Represent the Counseling & Success Services departments on additional relevant college committees, campus functions and community agencies
Establish and maintain effective collegial partnerships with related campus departments including Campus Safety, Dean of Students, Student Activities, Success Coaching, Student Resource Center, Advising, and LSS as well as campus departments and external agencies determined relevant to the mental health success of WCC students.
Regular attendance on campus is required for this position.

Hours/Schedule:The Licensed mental health provider/NCCM shall be accountable for 200 reporting days, within the 12-month academic year. This position will work a flexible schedule as needed to accommodate day, and evening students.
Minimum Qualifications:

Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or relevant field with full, unrestricted independent licensure in the State of Michigan (e.g., LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LP).
4 years of full-time experience providing mental health care or equivalent.
3 years of experience working in a higher education setting.
Training in two of the following therapeutic modalities: Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, or short-term psychodynamics.
Exceptional ability to independently assess suicide risk, manage means, and facilitate connection to emergency services.
Experience and comfort supporting individuals in crisis with demonstration of sound judgment and in managing complex crisis situations.

Position Summary
The Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients in a specialized Outpatient facility. Position is responsible for assessing the therapeutic needs of the individuals and families, and for developing appropriate treatment. Therapists act as the primary contact for clients and families throughout the treatment process and serve as a client advocate with the treatment team. Position acts as a liaison with referral sources, clinical partners, and individuals to coordinate care throughout the treatment process.
Essential Responsibilities

Demonstrates a high level of clinical skill in assessing the clinical needs of clients, determining appropriate interventions, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with these needs.
Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, contact logs, discharge plans and other reports required for each client in compliance with State, accrediting bodies, quality guidelines and payor source guidelines.
Conducts weekly individual and family therapy sessions for assigned caseload.
Monitors behavioral interventions for each client and provides skills coaching as needed.
Conducts specialized groups as assigned based on education, training, and experience; supervises or co-leads groups with staff or interns when appropriate.
Selects appropriate interventions to meet the clinical needs of individual clients.
Maintains therapeutic relationship with clients using praise and other reinforcers to encourage appropriate behaviors and attitudes.
Sets limits and hold boundaries in a kind and firm manner.
Demonstrates effective verbal crisis intervention and de-escalation, involving other staff as needed.
Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care from admission through discharge.
Attends weekly clinical, consultation and business meetings; present cases to be discussed as pre-assigned.
Completes documentation in a timely and accurate manner reflecting ongoing assessment of client's clinical presentation and behaviors.
Communicates client progress with the referral source, family, parent, or guardian informed of treatment goals and plans, as appropriate.
Documents in accordance with policies and procedures services provided, incident reports, shift reports, or department reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Position requires a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Must hold or be working toward MI licensure (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC).] Position requires a minimum of one (1) year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.

Our client is a leading pediatric therapy provider delivering high-quality, home- and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. They specialize in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and language delays-helping families achieve meaningful, lasting progress.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement individualized treatment and behavioral support plans
Develop new ABA programs and continuously refine existing programs
Collaborate with directors, parents, and support teams to evaluate client progress
Provide training, supervision, and performance support to clinicians and therapists
Communicate with funding sources regarding authorizations, progress reports, and case updates
Maintain a caseload of billable hours alongside leadership responsibilities
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or a Master's degree with ABA coursework
Strong working knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
Valid driver's license with reliable, insured transportation
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (bilingual/multilingual candidates encouraged)
Ability to perform higher-level management functions as needed
Strong communication skills to coordinate schedules and respond to changing client needs
Bilingual/multilingual candidates may qualify for increased base pay
