General Administrative Duties. * Processing Medicaid, state hospital, Level II and PRTF screens as they are received in the Emergency Services office and recording the screen/s on the Emergency Services (ES) office electronic board. * Processing half-slips for walk-in and cop-in patients, including entering patient information onto the ES office electronic board in a timely manner. * Identify sources of information needed to provide comprehensive mental health treatment and secure the necessary COMCARE consents to release information. Submit necessary referral forms to team supervisor for approval or assignment in electronic health record (EHR). * Ensure all needed documentation and forms are completed and up-to-date for assigned SCOAP patients. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or be equivalently qualified by work experience or a combination of work experience in the human services field and education, with one year of experience substituting for one year of education. Per Sedgwick County policy, this is a driving level position that requires a valid US driver's license without restrictions and current proof of automobile insurance. Must have access to personal passenger vehicle to complete the driving duties of the position. Additionally, this position will support JCMHC Mobile Crisis Response Team.
