We are seeking a Crisis Therapist to provide immediate, compassionate, and effective clinical care to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies. This role is ideal for clinicians who value teamwork, trauma-informed practice, and recovery-oriented care. About the Role As a Crisis Therapist, you will deliver direct clinical services focused on stabilization, safety, and short-term recovery. You will complete intake assessments, provide brief therapeutic interventions, develop crisis care plans, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. Qualifications Master's degree in social work or counseling from an accredited institution. Current license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health Board. Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or related field (preferably in a stabilization unit or inpatient psychiatric setting). Experience with trauma-informed care, de-escalation techniques, and co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.
