RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Guardian Scholars Supervisor, support a caseload of approximately 25-35 high need youth requiring daily driving to meet youth where they are in the community.
Implement evaluation and assessment tools to ensure programmatic data and outcomes can be collected and analyzed for outcome management.
Support youth trainings and workshops, as needed.
Ensure Salesforce is up to date with accurate files, notes, and documentation. Salesforce must be updated daily per phone calls, emails, and visits.
Conduct monthly in-person meetings with youth to address challenges, track progress, and provide support, supplemented by additional check-ins via phone, text, or email as needed.
This position requires regular evening and weekend hours to meet participant needs.
Address any youth issues as they arise including career navigation, homelessness, and academic needs.
As part of the team, support youth development program components including but not limited to college and career tours, Women's and Men's Leadership Network, Advocates for Change, care packages, Mentoring Department, internships, Guardian Scholars Resource Fair, and youth training and events.
Assist in grant writing and fundraising activities as it pertains to Guardian Scholars.
Maintain knowledge of current laws, regulations, and resources pertaining to educating foster youth and make referrals.
Assist with youth recruitment to ensure agency participation goals are met.
Provide support to volunteer mentors to ensure their effectiveness with youth and satisfaction with the program.
Plan, coordinate, and attend occasional events to engage and build connections with youth.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Lived experience in the foster care system preferred.
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred.

The primary responsibilities of the Mental Health Clinician include providing direct participant care in a manner that exemplifies HealthRIGHT 360's philosophy, goals, policies, mission and vision through the provision of confidential therapy and psychoeducational groups, conducting mental health and substance use disorder assessments and evaluations to identify behaviors and problems related to a participant's addiction and potential co-occurring disorders. North County Serenity House provides a gender-responsive and trauma-informed environment, using evidence-based and best practices that recognize and account for the role that trauma frequently plays in substance use and criminal histories of women. For clients with co-occurring mental illness, we provide integrated substance use and mental health services which treat both conditions as primary. Our residential facility serves up to 120 women (with capacity for up to 20 children under 5 years of age) seeking recovery from substance use disorders.
The primary responsibilities of the Admissions Clinician include providing direct participant care in a manner that exemplifies HealthRIGHT 360's philosophy, goals, policies, mission and vision through the provision of all aspects of residential entry services. Admissions Clinicians conduct level of care assessments, treatment planning, determining medical necessity and evaluations to identify behaviors and problems related to a participant's addiction and potential co-occurring disorders. S/he acts as an administrative liaison between the agency and outside organizations. Admissions Clinicians will be responsible for entering data into multiple databases and signing off on the LPHA portion of other intakes being performed. Admissions Clinicians are expected to communicate with referral sources, appropriate funders, and HealthRIGHT 360 personnel. Admissions Clinician is responsible for client item inventory upon intake and room walk through upon discharge. Admissions Clinician will be responsible for logging in medications and urine analysis upon intake. They will demonstrate an understanding of the range of treatment needed by participants served.
