SOCIAL WORKER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for utilizing Evidence-Based Practice for the designated population/program to assure high-quality results and intended impact.
Responsible for continuously assessing an individual's risk status including risk-based symptoms, substance use, environment, complex physical conditions, etc, and intervening appropriately.
Responsible for assessing the continued service necessity and creating a service plan that aims at an individual getting better/healthy and accomplishing service goals that are person-centered and belong to the client.
Responsible for continuous outreach and progressive engagement and reporting disengagement to the team immediately. Responsible for working with the outreach team and determining when to disenroll individuals based on program protocols.
Responsible for domain-based assessment, screening referrals, service planning, community planning, and benefits coordination which supports wellness and recovery principles. Responsible for care planning and therapeutic case management using a whatever-it-takes approach.
Documents and maintains all data collection, reporting, and charting records in accordance with BACS and other relevant county regulatory policies/agencies. Responsible for producing the required number of regulatory units of service per month (65% of staff's time must be provided face-to-face or other eligible community-based support).
Participates in supervision, staff meetings, consultation, travel, crisis/emergency coverage, weekend coverage, as well as, agency-wide meetings and training, as required by the manager.
Other duties as assigned.

About the Role
As a Commercial Counsel for Partnerships and Alliances at Anthropic, you'll be the legal architect behind the strategic relationships that amplify our AI technology's reach and impact. Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end legal strategy and execution for Anthropic's partnership ecosystem, including ISV agreements, systems integrator relationships, channel partner programs, reseller arrangements, and strategic alliance structures
Independently draft, negotiate, and close complex multi‑party agreements involving technical integrations, support commitments, joint go‑to‑market strategies, and revenue considerations
Serve as primary legal partner to our rapidly scaling Partnerships and Business Development teams, providing strategic counsel that balances legal risk management with aggressive growth objectives

You might be a good fit if you have:
Have a JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (California preferred)

Strong candidates may have:
Direct experience supporting partnerships organizations at high‑growth technology companies, particularly those that scaled from startup to enterprise

Experience designing and launching channel partner or reseller programs from the ground up
Familiarity with partnership contract incentive alignment including deal registration, referral fees, revenue recognition implications, and partner incentive structures
Experience with emerging technology partnerships (AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, developer tools) where legal frameworks are still evolving
Role‑specific policy:
For this role, we expect all staff to be able to work from our San Francisco or New York offices at least 3 days a week, though we encourage you to apply even if you might need some flexibility for an interim period of time.
The expected base compensation for this position is below. Our total compensation package for full‑time employees includes equity, benefits, and may include incentive compensation.
Annual Salary: $265,000 - $320,000 USD

Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Location‑based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.

How You Will Contribute:
The Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients in a specialized Outpatient facility. Position is responsible for assessing the therapeutic needs of the individuals and families, and for developing appropriate treatment. Therapists act as the primary contact for clients and families throughout the treatment process and serve as a client advocate with the treatment team. Position acts as a liaison with referral sources, clinical partners, and individuals to coordinate care throughout the treatment process.
Essential Responsibilities:
Demonstrates a high level of clinical skill in assessing the clinical needs of clients, determining appropriate interventions, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with these needs.
Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, contact logs, discharge plans and other reports required for each client in compliance with State, accrediting bodies, quality guidelines and payor source guidelines.
Conducts weekly individual and family therapy sessions for assigned caseload.
Monitors behavioral interventions for each client and provides skills coaching as needed.
Conducts specialized groups as assigned based on education, training, and experience; supervises or co-leads groups with staff or interns when appropriate.
Selects appropriate interventions to meet the clinical needs of individual clients.
Maintains therapeutic relationship with clients using praise and other reinforcers to encourage appropriate behaviors and attitudes.
Sets limits and hold boundaries in a kind and firm manner
Demonstrates an understanding of identifying abuse/neglect in client population.
Demonstrates effective verbal crisis intervention and de-escalation, involving other staff as needed.
Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care from admission through discharge.
Attends weekly clinical, consultation and business meetings; present cases to be discussed as pre-assigned.
Completes documentation in a timely and accurate manner reflecting ongoing assessment of client's clinical presentation and behaviors.
Communicates client progress with the referral source, family, parent, or guardian informed of treatment goals and plans, as appropriate.
Documents in accordance with policies and procedures services provided, incident reports, shift reports, or department reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Communicates with referents, residents, and families appropriately and effectively.
Uses the referral process to build relationships with new referents and engages in collaboration with referents.
Addresses residents, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in a pleasant and respectful manner.
Responds to clients and families with empathy and positive professional skills.
Qualifications
What We Are Seeking
Position requires a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Must hold CA licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC), active associate number or intern number from the Board of Behavioral Sciences, in good standing. Position requires a minimum of one (1) year experience working with clients with substance use disorders and/or borderline personality disorder. Certification or significant experience in providing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), strongly preferred.
Other Requirements
Clearance of TB test, fingerprinting and state clearance, and any other mandatory state/federal requirements.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
