As a contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own hours while providing high-quality therapeutic services. The therapist will work with individuals, families, and groups to provide counseling and therapeutic support for survivors dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges that may have resulted from domestic violence. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions in a clinical setting. Assess survivors' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Document treatment progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers as needed. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and state and federal regulations. Offer crisis intervention when necessary. Participate in case reviews and treatment planning meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Active Florida state license (LMSW, LMHC) required. Current Professional Liability Insurance (Malpractice Insurance) is required.
