**Responsibilities**
Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
+ Perform initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.
+ Establish, revise, and evaluate a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family.

Provides the full breadth of MFLC consultation and counseling services to the command structure and military service members and their families as an embedded counselor assigned to a dedicated military unit. Provides non-medical, short-term, solution focused, walk-around counseling directly to eligible service and family members at assigned primary and secondary locations of a dedicated military unit (brigade, wing, or regiment) as an embedded counselor. Services include assessment, brief counseling and consultation, action planning, referral to resources (assuring linkage as appropriate), and follow-up as indicated. Delivers training and health and wellness presentations and activities as requested/ directed.
Enters counselor activity data daily through smart phone or web application to assure that reporting is accurate from assigned installation, while maintaining client / service member confidentiality.
Cultivates and maintains direct relationships with commanders and personnel within the assigned military unit, utilizing relationship management skills and recognizing the unique structure and mission of the assigned military unit. Responsible for development of an effective and professional working relationship with the installation POC (Point of Contact), command, and the command POC.
Consistently visible within the brigade/regiment which allows MFLC services to be accessible. Establish and maintains working relationships with community resources and military populations. Partners with POC to provide MFLC services in a manner that addresses the needs of the brigade/regiment and maintains confidentiality.
Provides MFLC response to critical incidents, surge, and special requests as directed by the POC and approved by the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) program manager. Counselor will flex schedule to respond to urgent requests as needed or at the request of the Regional Supervisor/Regional Director.
Manages duty to warn and restricted reporting situations according to Department of Defense (DoD) protocol and staffs the cases with Regional Supervisor/Regional Director.
Communicates with Regional Supervisors and participates in regular individual and group supervision, sharing information regarding trends and issues on the installations to which the counselor is assigned.
Participates in regular in-services/training, Quality Improvement committees or other contract activities as assigned/appropriate.
Participates in initiatives, studies, and pilot programs as directed by the customer and/or Magellan. This includes participation in pilot program certification and training processes, completion of activity documentation, integration of pilot activities in non-medical counseling work, and the utilization of applicable technology to complete required activities.

-Independently provide counseling and/or psychotherapy services to individuals,groups, couples, and families. Must practice within the bounds of the license orcertification.
-Provide consultation services to other staff about the psychosocial needs of patientsand the impact of psychosocial problems on health care and compliance withtreatment.
-Participate in professional peer review case conferences, research studies, or otherorganizations required at the MTF.
-Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, military commanders and schooldistricts, as required.
-Maintain accurate and current notes in both the Mental Health records and patientmedical records of all patients seen, as appropriate, and produce reports of evaluationand/or treatment, as required.
-Participates in military specific training (e.g., pre-post deployment screening, PTSD,and combat stress, etc.).
-Shall direct supporting Government employees assigned to them during theperformance of clinical duties. Guides the performance of assigned personnel. Usesteam approach toward staff and patient management.
-Shall perform administrative duties that may include maintaining statistical records ofhis or her clinical workload, participating in medical educations programs, andparticipating in quality improvement functions and other duties as prescribed by the Flight Commander.
-May be asked to participate/direct committees, programs or clinical services directly related to area of clinical responsibility or privileges.-Shall attend and participate in meetings, professional staff conferences, and other appropriate professional activities such as, but not limited to the following: quality improvement meetings, professional staff meetings, commander's staff meetings, flight meetings, and other meetings required by applicable regulations, MTF guidance, or as directed by the flight Commander or his/her designated representative.

*** Education:** Master's degree in Social Work (MSW). Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

*** License:** Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker from any state.

**Must be available to complete our Flexologist Training Program which includes 20 hours of online tutorials, exam, 2 days of in-person/hands-on training and practice hours**
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1, assessment and customized assisted stretch sessions
Educate clients on stretching techniques & mobility throughout the session and provide appropriate stretches for homework in between sessions
Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch session
Complete individual session notes, ensure program progression through clear understanding of stretch techniques, PNF/periodization stretch principles, and monthly movement assessment (MAPS)
Build StretchLab membership with thoughtful membership recommendations and retain current clientele through delivering best in class stretch experience
Maximize client utilization of sessions/membership by booking follow up appointments and member outreach
Ensure client safety by using proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
Attend staff meetings and complete required continuing educational presentations
Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
Attend offsite pop-up events thru out the community
Participate regularly in studio content creation for social media

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
