Accurately completes all required documentation and notes for each client in a timely manner. Qualifications Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related human services field. Minimum of two years providing services to individuals with a mental illness or substance use disorder required. Must qualify as a Mental Health Practitioner in the State of MN Experience working with severe emotional disturbances in adults is preferred. Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance. The Security Behavior Specialist will establish and maintain professional boundaries, a courteous, respectful, and helpful demeanor while sitting with and observing patients. The Security Behavior Specialist primarily works in patient care departments to monitor patient activity and alert patient care staff to physical and emotional changes, escalations in behavior and other at-risk behaviors with the patient. In addition to providing overall presence with assigned patients, the Security Behavior Specialist will communicate with patient care colleagues within the practice to alert them to patient care needs.
