Johnson County Mental Health is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Case Manager. This position works as a member of the Adult Services Division providing case management to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in the community. The focus is on recovery and primarily utilizing the Strengths Based Case Management model of practice. The case manager will work with clients involved in county court programs which may include Adult Drug Treatment Court. Position will be open until filled.

Develops plans to address the needs of individuals in single or multiple areas of focus; networks with other community agencies to research and coordinate a variety of resources and services to address short term intensive or long term individual needs; encourages the establishment and maintenance of support systems; consults and collaborates with other providers in the development, implementation and review of plans.

Manages aftercare recommendations and support that will prepare patient for maintaining successful recovery.
Provides caseload management as per state requirements.
Participates in crisis intervention with patients as needed.
Participates with multidisciplinary teams such as Financial Case Managers to provide appropriate aftercare planning and securing resources.
Completes documentation daily to meet metrics of 92% completion within compliance.

Outstanding Internship Program
Dialectic is currently seeking a Site Assessment Specialist who is responsible for conducting thorough evaluations of properties and locations to provide accurate and comprehensive assessments for retail, commercial, restaurant, healthcare, cannabis, mixed-use and hospitality projects. The Site Assessment Specialist will both be in an office setting and in the field, visiting various sites for assessments. The role involves travel to different locations as much as 65% of the time on average.
Key Responsibilities include:
Conduct on-site inspections of properties to assess physical conditions, infrastructure, and potential hazards.
Gather relevant data including site plans, maps, and property records.
Prepare detailed and accurate site assessment reports including sketches with dimensions and visual findings.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, engineers, and architects to gather information and ensure accurate assessments.
Communicate assessment results to clients, stakeholders, and project teams in a clear and concise manner.
Arrange your own North American travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary planning.
Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and guidelines.
Maintain accurate receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation for expenses incurred.
Enter expense data into the appropriate accounting and expense management systems.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in (architecture, engineering, construction) or equivalent experience in a related trade or industry.
2-5 years of previous experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) engineering support, trade, or design strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including legible handwriting.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to deliver outstanding value and customer service to clients, architects, and owners with excellent business acumen.
AutoCAD and/or REVIT familiarity strongly preferred.
Knowledge of construction standards and building codes.

Purpose:
To improve access to core mental health services by providing timely, initial assessments and evaluations to adult clients who present for same day services. This will include completing clinical, safety and brief substance use disorder assessment and brief interventions to determine the level of services needed and referral to the appropriate services.
Essential Functions:
1. Following an Open Access model; provide a timely initial assessment to individuals who present for same day service.
2. Formulate the disposition of the initial assessment which could include completing an intake to engage in services or a referral for follow-up services.
3. Reduce the duration of individuals waiting for assessment of mental health symptoms and safety risk factors by responding to individuals within 60 minutes of arrival.
4. Identifies strengths and needs of client/consumer and families and acts to involve them in planning for desired services.
5. Provide brief therapeutic interventions as appropriate to training and experience.
6. Provide brief assessment, intervention and referral for substance use disorders.
7. Familiarizes client/consumer with community resources for educational, cultural, recreational and social activities.
8. Engage individuals more deeply from their first encounter with Wyandot Center by being responsive to their immediate needs and concerns.
9. Works with team members, community partners and service organizations to closely collaborate care and other community services or resources.
10. Completes intakes for admission to the Community Mental Health Center.
11. Provides crisis interventions, assessments and resource planning to adults, children and their families as needed.
12. Completes timely and accurate documentation of services in the medical record.
13. Models and inspires flexibility and creativity in the delivery of clinical services.
14. Assures compliance with Medicaid, State licensing regulations, grant and other contractual standards.
15. Performs other duties as deemed appropriate by immediate supervisor or designate.

Must have a master's degree and be a Licensed Mental Health Professional in the State of Kansas. Preference given for dual licensure as a Licensed Master's Addictions Counselor (LMAC) or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days of employment.
