The position requires that clinician will have the ability and flexibility to be responsive to the clinical needs of the agency. The clinician may provide supervision to Masters level interns and/or unlicensed staff. Key Responsibilities: To provide individual, family and group therapy at FCA Provide clinical and marketing hours to Mid-Fairfield AIDS project, and comply with their specific documentation requirements Responsible for assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning Notify intake coordinator of potential client openings Complete all documentation in adherence with specified time frames and other regulatory requirements Assume responsibility for ongoing professional development Attend bi-weekly peer supervision meeting Schedule clients for medication evaluations as needed Coordinate care with other FCA programs Coordinate client care with community agencies Case management Ensure that the program's documentation and services provided meet model regulatory requirements Qualifications: Education: MSW or related field LMSW, MFT-A, LPC-A Language: Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Qualifications: LCSW, LMFT, LPC Experience: Experience working with children, youth, and families Trained and experienced in TF-CBT or other evidence-based trauma treatment model Must have awareness of the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of clients served Must be able to work with diverse populations Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license Access to a personal vehicle for regional and statewide travel If you are interested in learning more about how you can join our talented group of diverse employees, please visit our website to view this job posting and apply.
