(NDN) by evaluating potential organ donor referrals, medically managing organ donors, allocating donated organs, and completing moderately complex procedures on brain dead donors. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs moderately complex testing with portable bedside laboratory devices in accordance with CLIA standards. Performs moderately complex procedures under the guidance of the Medical Director. Manages donor during organ recovery to include hemodynamic management, medication therapy, and ventilation. Provides real-time clinical and administrative expertise and oversight aimed at maximizing donation during the referral and recovery processes for organ cases.
