As the Director of People Operations, you will serve as a People leader and trusted advisor to executives and people
managers, ensuring alignment between People Operations strategies and business objectives. This role is responsible
for driving organizational change, elevating leadership capabilities, and implementing modern, scalable HR practices

You will provide high-level guidance to leadership, help shape and sustain a strong company culture, and ensure

Establish, track, and report on key People Operations metrics related to performance, retention,

Manage People Operations resources and budget responsibly, ensuring thoughtful and strategic hiring and
resource allocation.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in People Operations /Human Resources, including senior leadership roles;
Demonstrated success scaling People functions within a growing organization;
Proven ability to lead organizational change and influence executive leadership;
SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification (or equivalent senior HR certification or experience);
Proficiency in reading and writing English at a professional working level, sufficient to perform the essential functions of the role.
Preferred
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
Comprehensive knowledge of federal and California employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices;

Partner cross-functionally to develop for API features, supporting capabilities, and new API products
Collaborate with Software Development, User Experience, Customer Experience, Go-To-Market, Customers, and Product Leadership
Act as a mentor or coach to junior product team members, sharing expertise and promoting continuous learning
Ensure API documentation is clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly
Stay updated and report on industry trends and competitor API strategies to maintain a competitive edge

Your experience includes:
5+ years of experience in product management
Strong technical background or familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and developer tools
Experience with API analytics tools and platforms
Proven in-depth understanding of product management methodologies
Applied knowledge of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors within their product domain, with an emerging understanding of the market landscape
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, taking initiative in removing blockers, solving problems, and driving results across teams
You may have other skills or credentials, including:
A background working for enterprise SaaS organizations

Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from $90,000 - $130,000. To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.
