Clinipace CEO and leadership

Jason Monteleone joined Clinipace in October 2017, bringing extensive expertise in the midsized clinical research organization (CRO) sector. A recognized health care and life science leader with more than 20 years of experience, he accepted the role as CEO after several months of strategic consulting with the company. Prior to Clinipace, Monteleone founded Pivotal Financial Consulting LLC, was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Theorem Clinical Research, was chief financial officer of Omnicare Clinical Research and held executive finance positions at MDS Pharma Services and VIASYS Healthcare.

Sharon Moore is a Chief Medical Officer at CLINIPACE; Exec VP:Medical & Regulatory Affairs at Chiltern; and Principal at Dicata Medical Safety Consulting, LLC and is based in Bristol, Tennessee. She has worked as Global Head, Quality Assurance at Chiltern. Sharon works or has worked as MEMBER at SMCM. She attended MEDICAL COLLEGE OF WISCONSIN, Vanderbilt University School O, and Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.

Dawn Sauro supports the overall clinical development organization at Clinipace as the chief development officer. Sauro has over 20 years of industry experience and will support the growth and drive strategy for the organization, leveraging her experience in delivering registration programs across multiple therapeutic areas. Prior to joining Clinipace, Sauro was president of Sarah Cannon Development Innovations, the full-service, oncology-focused CRO at Sarah Cannon. In this role, she leveraged her cross-functional operational experience and strategic initiatives to yield significant increases in revenue and margin. Her prior roles include senior vice president at inVentiv Health (now Syneos) where she led the hematology/oncology and general medicines divisions. She also served as vice president, general partner, at PRA Health Sciences and director of clinical operations at PPD.

As chief financial officer, Karen Turner, brings more than 20 years of experience in both public and private markets to Clinipace. She oversees financial operations globally and has proven success driving realignment, growth and partnerships across diverse and global teams. Prior to Clinipace, Turner spent seven years in various leadership positions at INC Research (now Syneos Health). Most recently, she was chief financial officer of FairPoint Communications, where she oversaw financial stabilization leading to a successful divestiture.

John Cargill is a Chief Commercial Officer at CLINIPACE.

Ian Fraser is a Chief Operating Officer at CLINIPACE and is based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. He has worked as Senior Manager, CMO, Europe at CHARLES RIVER LABORATORIES INC; Vice President, Clinical Operations, Oncology Development at Chiltern; and CRA at Innovex UK Ltd. Ian studied at University of Brighton between 1991 and 1994.
