About the Role:
As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be a key player in shaping a supportive and engaging work environment for the Manawa, WI, plant, a manufacturer of quality dry blend products. Your role will act as a strategic partner in implementing and sustaining the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure (TMOS).

Lead a portfolio of moderate to large-scale projects to optimize supply chain processes and overall operational efficiency.

This is a full-time, on-site role on First Shift, Monday through Friday. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts and weekends.

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Management or related field or 10 years of experience is required.
Minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least three years in a project management or continuous improvement role is required.

Responsibilities of the CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
Provide patients' personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths.
Provide for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
Provide adjunct care by administering enemas, douches, non sterile dressings, surgical preps, ice packs, heat treatments, sits and therapeutic baths; applying restraints.
Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; recording intake and output information.
Provide patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering patients' call lights and requests; reporting observations of the patient to nursing supervisor.
Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

1st Shift Welder

Full time job in Bonduel, WI
KI's Manufacturing plant in Bonduel has an opening in our Weld/Fabrication department for a Welder/ Fabrication Technician. The selected candidate will perform a variety of tasks ranging from operation of robotic welders, benders, and saws. May perform brazing operations and spot weld. Technicians are responsible for loading material into various machines to join components. They must also inspect completed metal workpieces to ensure consistent quality product in a fast-paced environment.
This is a first shift position. The hours are primarily 5a-2p Monday - Friday with overtime and weekends required during peak production (summer months).

Candidate must pay attention to quality and detail work at a continuous pace and be able to work with minimal supervision. Successful completion of a drug screen is required for all employees.
