All management at the location I work don’t know what they are doing and refused to take accountability

Offering staff raises, benefits, room to grow, value their opinion and team merch. If you take care of the staff they take of the company because we are the backbone. Without your team you’ll won’t have a successful and profitable business.

On the lower side with no raises or benefits

I hate it there and am actively applying elsewhere
