    The Warehouse Maintenance Associate will perform routine custodial and maintenance tasks on the interior and exterior of the Distribution Center buildings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Ability to perform minor repairs in electrical and plumbing * Experience with maintaining a Preventative Maintenance (PM) program, executing within a Work Order system and facilitating overall day-to-day activities of the Maintenance department. * Oversee general grounds keeping on a daily basis; clean and inspect inside and outside of Distribution Center areas, ensure disposal areas are kept clean and in a safe condition. * Assists and performs semiskilled tasks of a general nature in connection with maintenance, repair and construction tasks in the upkeep of the Distribution Center buildings * Maintains and retains warehouse and shelving in clean and orderly condition. * Prepares and paints walls and woodwork or performs other types of refinish; installs or repairs carpet * May perform weekly safety checks throughout the facility to ensure a safe and clean environment for the associates of the facility and to reduce the risk of hazards.
