We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Woodworking Shop - Helper to join our growing team. The individual will be a shop assistant with the following responsibilities:
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
Follow quality and safety standards.
Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
Understand cut lists for daily jobs.
Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Shop Manager.

Work with Purchasing Manager to ensure all special orders and materials are available once production begins.

Be available to speak to Customers about questions/concerns they my have regarding their designs and during installation.

Work with production and installation to ensure all CAD related drawings are correct.
Review any unclear jobs with sales/management personnel.
Meet with sales personnel on a regular basis to provide feedback and suggestions for design accuracy.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Shadow design appointments to assist with new Designer training.
Assist with measuring jobs through Liberty Closet Systems.
Build and render Designer hand drawings in Cabinet Vision.
Follow up with clients through phone calls and email when needed.
Provide Admin and Clerical support by preparing organized and accurate client files.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor.
Communicate with other office, shop, and installer personnel.
