Matthew is co-founder and CEO of Cloudflare [NYSE: NET]. Cloudflare’s mission is to help build a better Internet. Matthew is a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, winner of the 2011 Tech Fellow Award, and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Center for Information Technology and Privacy Law. Matthew holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a George F. Baker Scholar and awarded the Dubilier Prize for Entrepreneurship. He is a member of the Illinois Bar, and earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago and B.A. in English Literature and Computer Science from Trinity College. He’s also the co-creator of Project Honey Pot, the largest community of webmasters tracking online fraud and abuse.

As executive vice president and chief financial officer, Thomas J. Seifert brings a wealth of global operations and financial management expertise to Brightstar. Previously, he served as CFO, principal accounting officer and senior vice president at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and was responsible for its financial operations. Before joining AMD in 2009, Mr. Seifert was COO and CFO of ... Qimonda AG, served on its management board and led the company through an initial public offering Earlier, he was senior vice president, COO and CEO of Wireline Communications Business Group, and group vice president and general manager of the Memory Products Group at Infineon Technologies AG. He has also held executive positions at Altis Semiconductor and Siemens AG. Mr. Seifert serves on the board of Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Engineering. He holds a diploma in business administration from the University of Erlangen, Germany, a bachelor’s degree from Friedrich Alexander University, a masters in mathematics and economics from Wayne State University, and an MBA from Friedrich Alexander University.

John Graham-Cumming is a British software engineer and writer best known for starting a successful petition to the Government of the United Kingdom asking for an apology for its persecution of Alan Turing. , he serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Cloudflare; previously he worked at Electric Cloud.
