This is a highly autonomous, quota-carrying sales executive position for a seasoned closer who thrives in a complex and fast-moving environment. You will be the primary driver for Cloudinary's Video business, focused on hunting, accelerating, and closing the largest and most strategic video-centric deals. You will operate with a high degree of independence across all video opportunities, partnering with AEs and the broader GTM teams where it adds leverage. We are seeking a proven quota-crusher who aggressively drives momentum and owns the full sales motion end to end. This person is decisive, resourceful, and consistently pushes deals forward without waiting for direction. You will be accountable for delivering significant, direct ARR growth for the Video product suite. This role requires a true top performer.The Challenge: Quota Accountability: Achieve and surpass a significant, assigned Video ARR quota, demonstrating a clear ROI and establishing yourself as a top 10% company closer. Independent Hunting & Closing: Proactively identify and engage video-led opportunities, taking full ownership of the sales cycle-from qualification to negotiation and close. Strategic Deal Acceleration: Lead high-value, complex sales opportunities within net-new accounts, serving as the definitive expert on video challenges and solutions. Roadmap Advocacy: Act as the strategic deal advocate internally, leveraging direct customer requirements to drive the prioritization of product features necessary to secure deals. GTM Command & Resource Deployment: Strategically leverage all GTM resources (AEs, Solution Engineers, SDRs, etc.) to maximize Video pipeline generation and acceleration. Mandatory Requirements: 5+ years of documented, consecutive quota-carrying SaaS sales experience. Proof of Performance: Must have a verifiable track record of consistently achieving Top 10% sales performance within a high-growth SaaS environment Deal Ownership Expertise: Mastery in navigating and closing complex, six- and seven-figure deals with multiple stakeholders (Developer, Product, Marketing, and Executive layers). SaaS Sales Process Fluency: Deep, proven expertise in modern sales execution, CRM management (forecasting, pipeline hygiene), and rapidly accelerating sales velocity. Autonomy and Drive: Demonstrated ability to independently define territory/account strategy, generate pipeline, and operate effectively without continuous management oversight. Exceptional Communication: The ability to articulate highly technical concepts (e.g., video optimization, AI/ML implications) into clear, executive-level business value and ROI. Desired Requirements: Direct experience selling video technology, media supply chain, or developer-focused tooling.
