Before joining Unidesk, Don was President and CEO of EqualLogic, a data storage systems provider that employed highly disruptive product and go-to-market strategies to secure leadership in the fastest growing segment of the storage industry. This success led to the company's $1.4B cash acquisition by Dell in 2008. Don was previously the CEO of Trellix, a provider of widely-adopted web site publishing tools acquired by Interland (now Web.com). Earlier, Don was an executive at Lotus Development, where he led the creation of the channel and developer community that contributed to the extraordinary growth of Lotus Notes. Don is a director and advisor to several venture-backed companies. He was Ernst & Young’s Northeast Regional “Entrepreneur of the Year” and was awarded “CEO of the Year” by the Massachusetts Network Communications Council, both in 2008. He earned a BA at the University of Massachusetts and an MBA at Suffolk University.
