Salary Range: $79,300 - $93,300 A Day in the Life * Initiate and direct the development of, and adherence to, food safety practices and procedures and assume ultimate responsibility for plant housekeeping and safety. * Demonstrate leadership and judgment consistent with company philosophy, goals and objectives. * Monitor actual versus planned performance of manufacturing departments; pursue and implement remedies to problems. Assume ultimate responsibility for production and quality of the work place. * Plan and coordinate work, train and motivate employees, monitor and evaluate performance of employees; counsel, document actions and discipline as appropriate. * Direct production activities to meet sales objectives at maximum efficiency and minimum cost. * Develop action plans for continuous improvement, including efficient use of materials, machines, and employees. * Review production costs and product quality, and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of the plant. * Develop ideas to improve overall plant performance. * Promote employee safety. * Ensure the housekeeping in the immediate and surrounding work area is maintained or improved to the highest level possible. * Understand and support both quality policies and the Quality System. * Identify and address any opportunities to reduce cost, improve product/process and/or improve overall operations. * Execute all job duties in accordance with Clover's rigorous Food Safety and Quality programs and policies. * Fully understand your role and associated responsibilities for maintaining food safety and quality at Clover. Key Responsibilities Receive and process non-emergency medical transportation requests Coordinate with drivers and other dispatchers to ensure timely and efficient transportation services Communicate with healthcare facilities, patients, and their families to provide updates on transportation status Maintain accurate records of transportation requests and services provided Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies Promptly and efficiently answering customer inquiries, processing requests and scheduling transportation Utilizes system software to document call interaction and scheduling transportation, all documentation must be concise and accurate Pacify and respond to irate callers before escalating call to supervisor Resolving customer problems with minimal supervision Attending weekly meetings updates for job proficiency Demonstrates flexibility in taking on new tasks or providing coverage for unexpected increase in volume of calls by assisting other departments Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dispatch or customer service role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications Knowledge of medical terminology and transportation regulations is a plus ETC or EMD license RATE: $18-$21 Benefits Health Insurance Dental Vision 401K Matching
