Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Receives, stages and selects finished dairy products according to customer orders.
* Take materials and items from production areas to storage or other designated areas.
* Read picking tickets for route orders and accurately select finished dairy products and places on conveyors to be loaded onto delivery trucks.
* Load delivery trucks with finished dairy products according to customer needs.
* Works in Safety sensitive position and is required to follow all safety rules and procedures including but not limited to foot and hearing protection.
* Required to work mandatory overtime when needed.
* Responsible for housekeeping of work areas.
* Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and supervision for the assigned production shift and associated personnel. Effectively motivate, train and communicate with the assigned shift teams to assure superior levels of safety, reliability, sanitation and quality.
* Ensure individual and team levels of performance meet or exceed goals and expectations.
* Prepare and conduct team meetings as necessary for proper communication and development of the team. Work with the Maintenance and Quality Assurance staff to create a cooperative environment on their assigned shift.
* Develop an expert knowledge of the production process and all associated equipment. Be able to analytically and systematically troubleshoot manufacturing issues and develop the team to be self-directed in the same activities.

* Participate in and lead GMP's that improve safety, quality, reliability, sanitation, and reduce waste.
* Maintain the plant's manufacturing equipment in sanitary condition ensuring employees clean and sanitize tanks and pipe routings, hook up and load / unload raw/finished material delivery tankers, and clean work areas according to plant SOPs.
* Reinforce sense of urgency during production runs and period of machine downtime.
* Effectively communicate issues to management team.
* Review employee timecards in UKG.
* Any other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Dairy, fluid milk production and/or beverage production facility.
* Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience is preferred.
* Possess the ability to work with groups of people with varying levels of education, expertise, and backgrounds.

+ 5 years of progressive experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing Strategy, Commercial Finance, or a related analytical role, preferably within [CPG Retail].
+ Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue growth strategies that deliver measurable business results.
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and experience with syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana).
+ Deep understanding of pricing principles, price elasticity, and promotional effectiveness.

We are seeking an Engineering Technician to join us in our Blow Moulding Department at our Severnside Dairy
As an Engineering Technician you'll provide safe front line reactive maintenance. Actively identify root cause and bring the equipment back in to service as quickly as possible as well as actively seeking and identifying cost effective improvements to site assets and equipment, improving efficiency and reliability.

Permanent contract: 4 on 4 off (2 days & 2 nights, 7-7)
Key responsibilities as an Engineering Technician:
* To ensure effective handover of information across shift
* Uses PMS to support prioritisation and problem solving (RCFA)
* To diagnose faults and to test , repair and maintain Mechanical / Electrical equipment
* To observe, recognise and report on machinery or component defects or symptoms of impending failure and provide CMMS data
* Contact OEM's and other suppliers for technical support as and when required and expedite parts when not available on site
* Lead shift based problem solving where corrective actions aren't clear
* Working as ONE TEAM with First Line Response Technician
* Coaching of operators with asset care tasks
* Identify & implement Improvements
* Identify life cycle issues and raise these with possible recommendations
* Use and support simple 5WHY OE techniques / RCA techniques through to 100 year fix
* Use and support departmental 5s programmes for workshops and stores
What we're looking for:
* Recognised apprenticeship
* Experience within maintenance
* Manufacturing Industry Experience
* Mechanical/Electrical Biased
* ONC/HNC
* IOSHH / Nebosh - Desirable
* Electrical qualification
* Multiskilled engineer experience
Please note this is a 4 on 4 off Shift role Days/Nights rotating (2 Days 2 Nights)
