The TM performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while providing customers with a positive shopping experience. The TM processes freight, sorts, stocks products in designated areas, all store merchandising guidelines. TM performs Store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned inside and outside the building. The TM completes the daily/weekly workload and tasks as assigned and ensures all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The TM actively impacts and participates in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention so the store will operate effectively and profitably. Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times.
