**Job Summary:**
The Portfolio Support Consultant role within Caterpillar's Electric Power Division (EPD) is a dynamic and strategic position focused on fostering relationships with key global accounts, including leaders in the data center and technology sectors. The Portfolio Support Consultant will play a critical role in the development and deployment of effective fulfillment strategies for customer datacenter projects and alignment with Caterpillar's commitment to delivering sustainable and reliable solutions.
**What you will do:**
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, dealers and customers to enable key accounts sales & project execution objectives to be achieved.
- Develop and deploy customer forecast translation methods and demand/supply assessments strategies with Caterpillar factories and with dealers.
- Develop and deploy effective methods to derive accurate demand signals, request for product (RFP), and long-term forecasts (LTF) across key accounts.
- Develop and deploy project execution planning, risk management, and contract management strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and deploy product pipeline strategies and governance with Caterpillar factories, dealers and customers to achieve assurance of supply for customers and dealers while reducing risks to Caterpillar.
- Develop and deploy project milestone tracking and key performance indicators that can be utilized across key accounts to measure project execution success and customer satisfaction.
- Leverage technology: lead efforts to leverage Caterpillar resources and tools to increase process efficiency and data automation. Serve as liaison with Strategy/Business Transformation team to identify and execute business process automation opportunities.
- Communication and Collaboration: act as a consultant to internal teams, dealers and customers regarding contract management, project execution planning, risk mitigation, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across global accounts to identify areas for process improvement, focusing on delivering critical customer outcomes.
- Identify, prioritize, document, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in the different processes.

About the Role
Caterpillar's Leadership and Technical Development Program (LTDP) for Operations Leadership is a three-year rotational program designed to accelerate development of entry-level talent and provide a solid foundation for meeting challenges within operations and manufacturing. Overview
Assemblers will be working on special assigned production lines and will be required to follow SOP for specific job assignment. The specials assembler will work on special orders that require more attention to detail and are required to meet specific deadlines.
Responsibilities
* Verify materials being used is correct by reading the bill of materials
* Ensure materials meet quality expectations
* Label units as needed
* Door assembly is more complex and higher-level skill is needed
* Ensure quality is met
* Assembles fabricated parts to relatively large or heavy subassemblies and complete units
* Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications
* Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
* Verifies that components are placed in the correct position per SOP
* Repeat tasks until assigned other duties

Overview:

The HVAC Data Center Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the mechanical systems that support the data center environment. **Job Summary:**
The Caterpillar Large Electric Power Solutions Division (LEPS) has an exciting opportunity as a Senior Product Consultant. In this role you will contribute in a specialized Electric Power customer industry where decisions and recommendations are made for strategic advantage and contribute to the division's business and long-term leadership position. **What You Will Do**

+ **Electronic Components:** Will be responsible for designing and testing various electronic control modules as well as various electronic components. Will work with various internal Caterpillar clients to understand controller/component requirements, help design Printed Circuit Board layouts as well as perform digital/analog/power circuit analysis and testing. Other duties may include working with suppliers, testing the controllers/components in various environments, ensuring that FMEA's [Failure Mode and Effects Analysis] are conducted and documented to meet stringent Caterpillar quality requirements.
