Job Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Attendant is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall cleanliness of the golf club's facilities, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of functionality, safety, and appearance. Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, chair arms, desks, credenzas, chandeliers, pictures, televisions, woodwork, and artwork, including all ceiling HVAC registers.

Perform or contract facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs and maintenance including, but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, building equipment, carpentry, flooring, walls, ceilings, special projects, and other related areas.
Responsible for maintaining a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance and ongoing improvements.
Communicate effectively with supervisor to coordinate, prioritize, document, and complete work requests from Department Heads, members, and guests.

Support outside golf operations staff to ensure proper execution of daily procedures and policies, maintaining smooth operational flow and exceptional service.
Execute end-of-day business functions following the club's guidelines and established procedures to ensure accurate reporting and efficient closeout processes.
Ensure all daily tasks are completed to club standards, including maintaining orderly and organized work areas, tidying the pro-shop and entry areas, and restocking merchandise as needed.
Provide operational and administrative support to the Head Golf Professional, General Manager, and Tournament Coordinators, assisting with projects and ensuring smooth execution of golf operations and events.

About You
Preferred
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or retail, with a basic understanding of golf operations, equipment, and etiquette.
Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with members and guests.
Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain the shop's presentation and inventory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.
Knowledge of golf merchandise, apparel, and equipment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic cash handling procedure
Physical Requirements
Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity.

Job Summary:
As a Cook 3, you are responsible for leading the food preparation, production, and presentation in the kitchen. You will be responsible for the set-up and organization of your workstation, ensuring high standards of food quality and consistency. Your role includes managing the cleanliness and sanitation of your work area, supervising and mentoring Cook 1 and Cook 2 team members, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. You will also handle complex cooking tasks, lead by example, and collaborate with the kitchen leadership team to maintain exceptional culinary standards. Reporting Structure:

Day to Day:
Responsible for set-up, execution of daily prep, and organization of your workstation.
Prepare and store all food items necessary for your station, adhering to Invited's standards.
Maintain proper cooking techniques and consistent preparation and presentation of daily specials, salads, entrees, and other menu items as designated by Chef(s).
Prepare or assist in preparing complete meals, including soups, meats, gravies, vegetables, desserts, salads, and baked goods.
Receive and store goods purchased by kitchen as requested.
Manage items used by others, such as condiments, dressings, salsas, and soups.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your work area and the kitchen, including equipment, counters, tools, waste areas, etc.
Assist in the cleaning of kitchen areas, general maintenance of equipment, and inventory control.
Communicate with the Executive Chef or Sous Chef regarding special product needs or issues with food quality or presentation.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing products.
May assist in preparing and serving meals tailored to specific dietary needs or restrictions.
May be required to prepare complete meals for small groups or special events.
May take charge of a shift in absence of Sous Chef.
