We are currently looking for Wine Club Concierge to work with our team in Woodinville.

What you will do:

* Provide front line customer service to wine club members and other direct sales customers for a broad portfolio of wineries
* Respond to in-bound phone calls and e-mails and make out-bound phone calls related to general customer inquiries, event reservations, club membership questions and direct shipment orders
* Variety of data entry responsibilities to support the wine clubs and E-commerce function (i.e. new member sign up, member data updates, etc.)
* Researching and resolving routine customer service inquiries or problems
* Processing daily orders for eCommerce and club
* Logging consumer complaints and escalate to the appropriate personnel
* Club order phone calls
* Club problem order resolution
* Other duties as assigned

What you will bring:

* Outstanding customer service skills and a minimum of 2+ years in a customer service position
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem solving skills
* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion
* Proficiency with computer skills (intermediate level or above skills with MS Office)
* Basic knowledge of wine industry preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Some college preferred
* History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

**What will I be doing?**

As a Concierge, you would be responsible for assisting guests at Citrus Club with various tasks related to their visit and for providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. Specifically, you would be performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

+ Provide information, recommendations and booking services for a variety of guest inquiries, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant reservations, and medical care
+ Process and deliver messages for guests
+ The concierge will assist guests with their F&B needs at the venue
+ Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
+ Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities both inside and outside the hotel for guests
+ Respond to special requests for services including, but not limited to, dentists, doctors, child care, florists, etc\.
+ Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
+ Register VIP guests, as needed
+ Promote Company marketing programs and distribute printed materials, as needed
