Qualifications:
- Several years of experience within sales and/or fitness industry preferred.

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are a must, along with a top-tier customer service approach to conducting business
- Past sales skills a plus and a desire to build a business to success in an entrepreneurial environment
- Current CPR and AED certifications preferred

Essential Responsibilities
Operations + Facility Management
Assist in overseeing the day-to-day facility operations.
Supervise and execute the daily upkeep of amenity facilities; including, but not limited to, the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and amenity spaces.
Ensure compliance with safety/emergency/incident/accident protocols.
Maintain effective communication with Experience Manager, residents, supervisors, building management and ownership in order to keep them apprised of club operational needs, happenings, and occurrences.

Assist in the training, educating, monitoring, and coaching of on-site staff regarding all facility procedures.
