Qualifications:

At LIVunLtd we call our Assistant Club Managers, Experience Associates. As the Experience Associate you work side-by-side with the Experience/Lifestyle Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operational procedures on-site, enabling LIVunLtd to provide the highest level of customer service. The Experience Associate must establish and implement short and long-range objectives for the respective assigned location, oversee related functions and activities, and administer company policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities

Operations + Facility Management

Assist in overseeing the day-to-day facility operations.

Supervise and execute the daily upkeep of amenity facilities; including, but not limited to, the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and amenity spaces.

Ensure compliance with safety/emergency/incident/accident protocols.

Maintain effective communication with Experience Manager, residents, supervisors, building management and ownership in order to keep them apprised of club operational needs, happenings, and occurrences.

Assist in managing daily aspects of the staff members to ensure tasks are completed and goals and client needs are met.

Assist in the training, educating, monitoring, and coaching of on-site staff regarding all facility procedures.

Report challenges and arising issues to property management, such as HVAC, lighting, plumbing, painting, hazards, etc.

Fitness + Event Programs

Promote and coordinate LIVunLtd's personal training sessions, private instruction, and massage services for residents.

Relay client and resident group fitness programming feedback and requests to Fitness + Wellness Director.

Assist with the coordination of programs, activities, classes, and events on property.

Ensure LIV-approved promotional materials provided by the LIV Corporate Creative team are properly displayed.

Pool Operations

Assist in monitoring lifeguard attendance and performance.

Assist in maintaining Department of Health daily, weekly and monthly recording on chemistry, system maintenance, and usage.

Report any issues or repair needs to property management, LIVunLtd management, pool service provider and all parties necessary to maintain compliance requirements.

Identify and propose repairs, annual maintenance and upgrade items.

Requirements
