Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Supervises daily front office operations to ensure successful execution of all lodge safety and service standards and completion of daily tasks and assignments
Ensures daily success of check-in standards and operational efficiencies
Provides coaching, encouragement, and recognition to pack members regularly
Understands and champions Great Wolf policies and procedures, and collaborates with Department and Lodge leadership in performance management of the department and its Pack Members
Responds to questions or guest concerns and escalates pack/guest feedback to leadership as appropriate
Ensures the completion and proper communication/escalation of guest requests and other concerns to the appropriate department
Understands and participates in scheduling of staff, execution of labor management and forecasting
Conducts daily stand up meetings with Guest Service pack to prioritize the day and facilitates feedback from Pack Members
Monitors performance of agents, providing real time feedback and coaching
Ensures front desk, back of house areas, and luggage carts are clean, organized, and properly stocked for the daily operations; ensures safety standards are met
Participates in recruitment and selection of talent for the guest service team
Partners with department leaders to develop and execute action plans related to guest service and Pack Member engagement measured through NPS and eNPS
Participates with Guest Services leadership in pack performance management including; employee reviews, corrective action, investigations, conflict resolution, etc.
Maintains quality of operation by ensuring service excellence, ensuring adequate inventory levels, and operational equipment by troubleshooting, maintenance, and/or calling for repair
Assists in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs ensuring a safe facility that complies with all appropriate regulations-Ergonomics, Emergency Responses, Injury and Illness Prevention, and Hazard Communications Programs
May also assist in supervising bell, valet and night audit and other roles as needed
Basic Qualifications & Skills
High School diploma or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year prior experience Rooms Division/Front Desk
Experience with Microsoft Office and general software systems; proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
Demonstrated customer service, conflict resolution, employee engagement, retention and team building skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications & Traits
Associate's degree or higher in hospitality or related field
Experience with Opera or similar system
Previous hotel experience, preferably in a large family resort or hotel

This role will also consolidate the paid guest experience P&L of our destinations, analyze take rates, recommend capacity growth and prepare business cases to secure investments (ROI).
Essential Functions
Allocation Strategy & Optimization - Lead the development and execution of dynamic tour allocation policies across brands, adjusting based on booking curves and sales velocity. Collaborate with brand teams to gather and analyze ongoing sales data and reallocate inventory in real time, ensuring optimal utilization and guest satisfaction.
Beyond allocation management, this role will define a differentiated strategy across ports, ensuring that product offerings reflect the unique character of each destination (driving a degree of differentiation across the destinations). This includes:
Developing a playbook for low-volume/small ship/short voyage vs. high-volume/big ship/long voyage strategies.
Identifying gaps in product mix and proposing new experiences tailored to guest demographics and voyage type while keeping the ease of execution.
Partnering with product development to ensure innovation and differentiation across the portfolio.
Partnering with brand Shorex teams to drive innovation and build business cases to support investment decisions.
Product Alignment & Cost Analysis - Standardize tour specifications across brands (e.g., duration, inclusions) and analyze cost structures to ensure harmonized pricing. Work closely with destination teams to maintain consistency and operational feasibility across offerings.
Work with port teams on execution of Shorex offerings (especially for new products).
On-Island Sales Oversight - Oversee on-island sales operations at owned destinations in partnership with local leads, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and guest engagement. Ensure alignment between on-island offerings and pre-booked Shorex products.
Cross-Brand Alignment - Act as the primary liaison between Global Destinations and brand Shorex teams, managing sensitive negotiations and fostering trust. Use data-driven insights to influence decisions.
Systems, AI & Analytics Integration - Explore and pilot AI-driven tools to support forecasting, allocation decisions, and trend analysis. Build dashboards that enable smarter, faster decision-making.
Third-Party Tour Allocation Management - Extend allocation strategy to third-party operators, applying the same booking curve analysis and reallocation logic. Build relationships with external vendors to ensure transparency and operational flexibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Economics or Finance.
Master's Degree a plus.
7-10 years of destinations operations and revenue management, cruise industry experience, analytics and strategic insights.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and other office tools.
Understanding of data analytics, with the ability to make strong data modelling and forecasting decisions.
Proven experience in managing projects and multiple stakeholders within a corporate environment.

More about you
Minimum of five years of experience in retail management, with at least 3-5 years of retail/store operations and merchandising techniques
Experience in buying licensed products preferred
Experience in specialty retail sales operations, preferably sports‑related
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or equivalent preferred
Experience with direct financial accountability of revenues over ten million dollars, including P&L, inventory, and merchandising planning
Extensive retail marketing and brand management experience
Experience working cross‑functionally with multiple departments
Proficiency in both Word & Excel is required. In‑depth knowledge of Point of Sales systems is preferred
Must be able to work a flexible schedule of days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical requirements

Pay
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $78,400 - $105,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
Define and lead the enterprise customer data strategy, including roadmap, architecture, governance, and scalability aligned with organizational goals
Architect and maintain a unified customer “Golden Record” across CRM, ticketing, marketing, and data systems, ensuring accuracy and integration
Oversee data engineering, analytics, and CRM teams to build pipelines, manage infrastructure, and deliver reliable, secure, and scalable data solutions
Drive data governance, privacy compliance, and quality assurance while embedding data‑driven workflows across business units to optimize fan engagement and revenue
Introduce advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI/ML initiatives to enhance personalization, retention, and lifetime value
Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks, champion a data‑first culture, and lead change management to ensure adoption and continuous improvement
More about you
Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, management information systems, or related analytical field
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in data engineering, CRM management, data governance, or analytics, ideally within the sports, entertainment, or live events industry
Experience integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with ticketing such as Ticketmaster, Archtics, KORE, and marketing automation platforms preferred, with a strong preference for specific experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
Expertise in modern cloud data ecosystems, data warehouse platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs/integrations, and data architecture
Strong background in CRM, marketing automation, data modeling, master data management, identity resolution, and building unified customer views
Experience applying advanced analytics or data science/AI/ML to business problems
Proficiency with business intelligence and visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel, plus coding skills
