Some places are better than others when it comes to starting a career as a club waiter/waitress. The best states for people in this position are Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, and New Jersey. Club waiter/waitresses make the most in Massachusetts with an average salary of $29,001. Whereas in New York and Rhode Island, they would average $28,867 and $27,701, respectively. While club waiter/waitresses would only make an average of $26,624 in New Jersey, you would still make more there than in the rest of the country.
