The Sales Associate is responsible for performing general sales duties in their assigned department but also assisting in other areas of the store as needed. They display a helpful, friendly attitude towards all customers to make Theisen's the Best of the Best in our industry. This involves greeting and assisting customers, helping them to determine correct merchandise for their needs and explaining benefits and features of merchandise.
