The Assortment Concept & Creative Lead is a critical role managing creative execution and design-led product categories. Qualifications
* Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Utah PE preferred; ability to obtain Utah licensure if currently licensed in another state).
* 5-10 years of heavy civil transportation engineering experience, including DOT design work (roadway, drainage, structures coordination, utilities, MOT/traffic control, or similar).
* Experience supporting proposals/pursuits (RFQ/RFP/SOQ) with strong technical writing and editing skills.
* Working knowledge of alternative delivery and JV pursuits, including aligning technical approach with construction execution.
* Strong communication skills and comfort leading technical meetings with internal teams, DOT/client stakeholders, and design partners.
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook/Teams).
* Must be able to work in-person in Orem, UT every workday (no remote/hybrid).
* Willingness to travel occasionally for pursuits, partner meetings, or owner interviews as needed.

Job Summary: Under limited supervision from the shop foreman, the journeyman mechanic is responsible for performing work of considerable difficulty in the repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipment and overseeing special projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values.
Perform duties of a mechanic class 2.
Direct the work of several projects.
Welding and fabrication.
Diagnose, rebuild, and repair vehicles and equipment; perform major engine and transmission repairs and replacements as well as electrical diagnosis.
Perform plant inspections, diagnose any problems, and perform plant maintenance, including electrical.
Complete major road calls and perform field repairs.
Perform inspections and preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
Prepare and maintain records and reports.
Maintain tools as required to do the job.
Operate forklift.
Maintain insurable driving record.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Three years journeyman experience and/or two year diesel mechanic certificate preferred.
