Responsibilities:
Loads, secures, transport, delivers, and unloads products to and from specified destinations

Assist in the preparation of drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Maintain organized, efficient project files and follow company CAD standards.
Provide the construction team with general site, building, and utility layout as requested.
Collaborate with engineering, surveying, and construction teams to ensure accurate final deliverables.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong understanding of survey fundamentals.
Working knowledge of surveying equipment including total station and GPS.
Experience with survey data processing.
Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) and Civil 3D software.
Basic understanding civil engineering design principles, site layout and construction processes.
Associate degree in civil engineering technology or similar is preferred.
3-5 years of experience is preferred.
Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Great analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
This position involves a 50/50 split between office-based work and field activities. Typical work hours are 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with additional overtime as needed to meet project goals and deadlines. Some flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate project demands, site conditions, or special events. Field work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, uneven terrain, and active construction environments while using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Experience and Skills Required
One year retail or other sales -focused experience
Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada
