Investigate incidents (including injuries, property damage, near misses, releases, and losses) to determine root causes and prepares/directs corrective and preventive action plans
Acts as facility champion for implementation of risk reduction controls
Minimize waste by driving initiatives surrounding reduction, recycling and supply chain partnerships
Act as SAP Super User within functional area as assigned
Serve as the Data Management Systems Administrator for assigned plant
Manage EHS Specialist as a direct report depending on the size of the facility
Travel between facilities as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 years of progressive EHS experience
3 years of implementation experience with safety-related programs
Preferred/Other Qualifications:
Master's in Business Administration, Engineering, or EHS related field
Experience within a manufacturing environment
Solid understanding of waste management regulations
Experience in the implementation of lean principals and improvements
CHMM, CSP, CIH, or PE Certification
Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP
Previous experience with meeting FTZ/Security requirements
Experience preparing semi-annual and annual environmental reports (e.g., Tier II, emission inventory, hazardous waste, TRI, air permit monitoring, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
Demonstrated understanding of OSHA, EPA, WDNR, DOT and local regulations
Proven knowledge of safety equipment and standards
Demonstrated ability to influence management, teams and individuals across multiple functions within the organization

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Transports within and/or outside of Dodge County, all male and female inmates/detainees as required.
Transports inmates/detainees to assigned jail or detention locations.
Works individually or as team to transport inmates/detainees, etc.
Attend scheduled training.
Regular attendance and punctuality required.
Performs other related duties as may be required or assigned.
REQUIRED JOB COMPETENCIES
Ability to possess a firearm, no felony convictions, no domestic abuse convictions.
Ability to use all standard law enforcement equipment.
Ability to react quickly and effectively to stressful situations.

About the Job A Professional Yard Driver is responsible for safely moving and backing semi trailers at a major distribution center. They are an integral part of keeping the distribution center flowing. The ideal candidate must have experience driving and backing a 53' semi trailers. Previous Yard Driving experience, and being able to back into tight spots is very valuable. A strong candidate should also be good with time management, have an eye for detail, have the ability to remain calm under pressure, be physically fit and have a safety mindset.
Full time work.
$22/hour starting pay. (see shift below)
Pay increase after 90 days and 1 year of employment (Based on performance/attendance.)
Skills Required:
Primary tasks include safely maneuvering 53' semi trailers: Backing, dropping and pulling trailers to/from dock doors and parking them onsite.
Safely enter/exit switcher truck multiple times an hour.
Place and remove wheel chocks and Salvo locks. Lift and open doors.
No loading/unloading merchandise.
Follow safety procedures.
No CDL required but must have 53' trailer experience!

Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 6A-6P.
