Lisanna Stotts is a Chief Financial Officer at CMC Energy Services and is based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. She has worked as Vice President at Maxwell Systems Inc, Vice President at ACTIVE StarCite (no longer active), and various to Director of Finance & Accounting at MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL INC /MD/. Lisanna studied at Saint Joseph’s University between 2000 and 2002 and University of Maryland Global Campus between 1985 and 1989.

Paul joined CMC Energy Services in July 2021 as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) after a decades-long career as the CIO at numerous financial services and reinsurance firms. He oversees all aspects of CMC’s rapidly growing IT department and leads its efforts to use technology to bring innovative solutions to CMC, its partners, and their customers.

Paul, who most recently served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Nassau Financial Group, has a distinguished career developing, implementing and supporting complex infrastructures. He has extensive experience managing cloud architecture, networking, cyber security, data platforms and enterprise architecture efforts. Paul is an innovative leader and problem solver who will help CMC effectively expand its technology services and digital capabilities as our services expand.

In addition to his tenure as CTO at Nassau Financial Group, Paul also served as CIO at Jardine Lloyd Thompson (a British multinational corporation that provides insurance, reinsurance, employment benefits advice and brokerage services) and Towers Watson (a global professional services firm), and as IT director at Denis M. Clayton & Co Ltd. (a London-based reinsurance broker).

Paul holds an Executive MBA from St. Joseph’s University and a BSc in computer sciences from Westminster University in London.
