What You'll Do
* Greet visitors, answer plant phone line, and represent the first impression of CMC

Job Summary: The Production Supervisor will be required to work in all the areas of production, supervising all aspects of the production operation within our Phoenix East facility. This position is a hands-on position within the production area. The Production Supervisor is required to spend 90% of his day on the production floor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise production personnel in the delivery of services, including parts cleaning, etching, and other specialized processes.
Develop and manage work schedules to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer expectations.
Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including training and quality control documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working closely with engineering, quality, and other teams as needed.
Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to UCT's safety and quality standards.

The Production Lead Technician works in our Advanced Technology Cleaning Centers (ATCC) to process and clean (eliminating micro-contamination) our customers' new and in process tool chamber parts. These manufacturing processes may use various machines, processes, and chemicals to meet the varying needs of chemistry, material composition, and coatings of different parts components. Processes may take place in a cleanroom or chemical processing environment. He/she may receive, package, bag, inspect, and ship parts. Safety is our number one priority. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to avoid exposure and protect the individual. The Production Lead Technician follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality processes and assists the Production Supervisor to ensure all employees are following the safety protocols.

The Team Leader is responsible for assisting Production Supervisor regarding safety, quality, and overall production of our customers product.
The Team Leader must demonstrate integrity, dependability, leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and an overall general knowledge of the facility and parts cleaning.

Leads and assists in directing production workflow through each department.

Looks for and makes suggestions to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and organization of work and methods.
Assists Production Supervisor to monitors KPI's and goals and assists in developing action plans of improvement.

Participates in the daily activities of the team such as safety, housekeeping, and other tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Ability to take SPC measurements and log data.
3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing processes or materials, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.

Kaizen or Lean training a major plus.
Quality Assurance experience.
Previous experience in the Parts cleaning industry a major plus.
Computer literate, knowledge of MS word and excel is preferred.

The Process Engineer will develop and optimize economical industrial processes to make the huge range of products on which modern society depends. A Process Engineer may work in small, medium and large businesses. The work is concerned with chemical and biochemical processes in which raw materials undergo change and involves scaling up processes from the laboratory into the processing plant. Responsibilities involve designing equipment, understanding the reactions taking place, installing control systems, and starting, running and upgrading the processes. Environmental protection and health and safety aspects are also significant concerns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains eRecipes, process work instructions, SOPs, etc. as necessary to support production workload.
Develops/maintains/evaluates production tooling (fixtures, baskets, etc.) required for efficient, effective part processing.
Monitors and maintains production equipment (tanks, pumps, heaters, etc.) and participate in equipment replacement/specification efforts as required.
Ensures compliance to existing operating procedures and recommends revisions as appropriate.
Monitors effectiveness of production processes and support problem resolution as it relates to technical evaluation of parts processed.
Monitors compliance to the material specification database for process materials (chemistry, gases, blast media, etc.).
Monitors/maintains process controls (pressures, temperatures, concentration, contamination, etc.) through SPC. Ensures that process measurements fall within the control limits and the overall process CPKs comply with the divisional limits.
Maintains/monitors work environments to ensure they are adequate for the tasks being performed, preserve safe work practices, and meet housekeeping requirements.
Develops/assists in development of training materials, examinations, agendas, and schedules required for personnel training/certification.
Participates in customer audits, complaint resolution, costs analysis/time study as they relate to sales/marketing efforts.
Participates in internal/external audits, CAPA resolution, defect/problem analysis, preventive action activities, etc.
Participates in established committees as assigned (technical committee, safety committee, environmental committee, etc.)
Supervises site monthly qualification cleanliness testing and parament process controls to ensure that process results fall between the specification limits.
Liaises with Engineering Manager or System Engineering Group to ensure effective procedures and BKMs are implemented at the sites.

Educational/Certification Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with at least two years of experience within the engineering function of semiconductor processing or systems manufacturing company.

What You'll Do
* Regularly holds safety, quality, customer feedback and financial information meetings with maintenance team members
* Reviews safety requirements and points out potential hazards that may exist
* Ensures, at the start of the shift and throughout the day, the prompt assignment of technicians to specific jobs which are appropriate to their possessed skills and/or to their training needs
* Reviews available planned job packages for completeness and correctness
* Confirms the technician knows what, where, how, why, and when for each job providing the opportunity for clarification
* Makes the tactical decisions necessary: staying as close to schedule as possible
* Assures accurate distribution of time and materials to specific jobs together with good feedback including proper work order entries
* Assures that any necessary corrective work orders stemming from inspections and other sources have been initiated
What You'll Need
* Minimum 5 years maintenance experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
* Experience with Preventative/Planned Maintenance processes and procedures and ability to develop procedures and schedules preferred
* Working knowledge of computers and computer software
* Certified Maintenance and Reliability Profession (CMRP) certification preferred
* Experience working with and maintaining Automated equipment, VFDs, PLC's, pneumatic hydraulic controls and cooling systems
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC logic
Your Education
* College, technical trade, and/or military training/education preferred

What You'll Do
* Able to communicate effectively with appropriate departments/individuals. Thorough understanding of applicable devices in the facility
* Work safely to prevent on the job injuries by following safety rules and regulations at all times including proper wearing of company PPE
* Assist ARP Planners with scheduling and prioritizing maintenance activities
* Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture
* Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment, hand tools and personal knowledge to determine root cause
* Exercise judgement when troubleshooting AC/DC motor controls, PLC, electrical drives, and all high voltage systems, keeping them all up to the site voltage maximums. Able to understand electrical/electronical schematics
* Inspect and perform daily maintenance on all shop machinery, mobile equipment, HVAC Systems, PLC networks, and cranes
* Maintain a thorough and working knowledge/understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, distribution control, fluidic, and electrical systems/components and how they operate
* Maintains specified records of work performed, details of repairs, and material usage
* Performs necessary maintenance tasks including repair or replacement of damaged parts, adjustments and calibration procedures, assemble, install, test and execute preventative maintenance tasks on various forms of manufacturing equipment
* Provides technical assistance to maintenance and production personnel as needed
* Responsible for daily housekeeping duties including but not limited to immediate work area
* Use SAP maintenance module in the execution of duties, utilize computers to acquire information, documentation, account for time and corrective actions
* Works with related diagnostic equipment including digital voltmeter, paper recorder, multi-volt meter, oscilloscope, and other electronic tools and equipment
What You'll Need
* Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in heights for extended periods of time
* Ability to think logically, analytically and solve problems
* AC/DC troubleshooting experience required
* Electrical controls maintenance and repair proficiency
* Knowledge of the melting, casting and rolling process and related equipment preferred
* MRO system; SAP system experience preferred
* Must have experience with and the ability to demonstrate electrical and mechanical maintenance principles, concepts, and troubleshooting techniques including a working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
* NFPA 70E requirements preferred
* Siemens and/or other PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
* Strong multitasking abilities
* Thorough understanding of electrical safe work practices
* Work rotating shifts which include weekends and holidays
* Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Collections Representative 2 Job ID: 21-11468 Client is seeking an Collections Representative to perform various collection duties on consumer or mortgage accounts in various stages of risk or performance to effectively reduce delinquency, losses and increase recoveries. A typical Collections Representative may also be responsible for the stocking of recovered or returned collateral, preparing documentation, processing proceeds of sales, and assisting customer with redemptions or reinstatements. Job Responsibilities: *Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers. *Take all necessary actions to collect payments or charge-off recoveries via predictive dialer or by manual inbound/outbound calls. *May initiate and prepare files for repossession, charge-off, NOD and skip trace. *Uses various collection systems to update customers' accounts and to send correspondence. *Ensure recovered/returned collateral is logged into inventory system. *Obtains collateral values through available sources. *Identifies and handles problem title situations. *Processes sales proceeds and prepares sales packages. *Produces all inventory reports. *Communicates with various auctions, repossession companies, motor vehicle offices throughout the United States and other departments within Consumer Credit Division. *Provides back up for transportation of recovered/returned collateral. *Knows, understands, and adheres to Fair Debt Collections Practice Act, Collection Laws, and Fair Credit Reporting Act. *Communicates with customers regarding reinstatements, redemptions, and any disputes. *Other job duties may include the following: Understands and adheres to Client (Client), FHA (HUD), Veteran's Administration (VA), and all private mortgage insurer's (PMI) rules and guidelines. Skills: *Ability to assess customer's financial situation for possible referral for loss mitigation. *Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking. *Ability to work independently and manage one's time. *Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting. *Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related software. Education/Experience: *High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in accounting or related financial discipline preferred. *2-4 years financial and/or accounting experience required.
