The Consultant, Corporate Communications will help develop and manage strategic communication and public relations activities to promote CME Group with an emphasis on its global commodities businesses - principally agriculture, but also including energy and metals. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, this position will work with senior management, product marketing and the broader corporate marketing and communications team globally to develop positioning strategies designed to enhance and protect the CME Group brand.
Timeline:
This position is designed to cover a maternity leave from early October to mid-February. 40 hours per week.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Content Creation - Write and distribute press releases, bios, fact sheets, backgrounders, talking points, presentations and bylines; identify storylines and trends; develop and extend media pitches; creative content development, including blogs, infographics, etc.
* Corporate Reputation Management - Work across all communications channels to help CME Group shape the perceptions of customers, prospects, press/bloggers and analysts within academic, business, financial and public policy communities domestically and internationally.
* Spokesperson - Serve as a spokesperson for commodities products; build and maintain strong relations with commodities beat reporters in the US and globally; create and contribute to message development initiatives.
* Strategic Communication Counsel - Advise corporate executives and product team members on best way to communicate major corporate news (social media, product launches, geographic expansions, etc.), as well as on the use of strategic communications to navigate potential issues and crises in the press or with other external stakeholders.
* Strategic Communications Planning & Program Management - Work closely with commodities products teams and our regional PR agency to develop public relations strategies, including messaging, media relations, social media, issues management, materials, budgets and resource allocation to promote the company's commodity products .

Security Officer 2 - Weekend Coverage

The Security Officer 2 is responsible for the general safety and security of the CME facility, staff, members, and visitors. This role involves enforcing access control policies, patrolling the facility, and staffing the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) as needed to maintain a secure environment.
What You'll Do:
* Monitor turnstiles and verify identification for all personnel entering the lobby or trading floor to ensure authorized access.
* Scan all incoming packages and parcels using E-scan technology to prevent prohibited items from entering the facility.
* Patrol office areas, trading floors, and the building perimeter on foot to check for security issues and challenge unauthorized individuals.
* Enforce Rule 513 regarding conduct and badging policies, using appropriate discretion to resolve minor confrontations professionally.
* Respond to medical emergencies and alarms, assisting with building evacuations and following standard safety procedures.
* Operate Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) systems, including CCTV cameras and radio dispatch, and accurately record activities in the shift log.
* Report on security incidents by conducting preliminary investigations and writing clear, accurate incident reports in a timely manner.

* Experience working as a security officer.
* Proficiency with security systems, specifically Genetec, Vanderbilt, and Digital Camera Recording Software.
* Ability to learn and operate GSOC controls and procedures.

Responsibilities:
* Lead client onboarding and account opening efforts around our world-class Investments platform, as a part of our core client coverage team
* Partner with sales teams to exceed client expectations and make client onboarding and account opening a seamless and differentiated experience
* Act as the main point of contact / guidance for clients going through the KYC onboarding and account opening process
* Provide the highest level of customer service and teamwork to our clients
* Possess an expert knowledge in Citi's client onboarding and account opening policies, procedures, and applications
* Ensure all documentation received is current, accurate and complete.
* Fulfill all requests in a timely manner
* Liaise with product and functional partners to ensure requests are completed while maintaining constant communication with the client
* Partner with Know Your Client (KYC) Teams, the Account Opening division, and other product partners to ensure client requests are understood and appropriately prioritized and executed accurately
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
* 2-4 years of relevant experience
* Prior experience in wealth management or other financial services roles preferred
* Ability to manage relationships both internal and external
* Ability to multi-task
* FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66 required (or obtained within 120 days)

* Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
