Pros of working at CMS Energy

Being competent on an expert level, helping internal and external customers achieve their goals in an excellent and timely manner. The people I worked with and the customers I helped. Being able to work with a broad range of customers, from the individual residential customer to the commercial/industrial, corporate, municipal, state and federal customers. Paid medical and PTO.

Cons of working at CMS Energy

Having to experience the harsh, demeaning and disrespectful treatment from those in supervision over me, from my direct supervisor and above. Inequitable and insufficient remuneration (poor pay for too much effort).

CMS Energy benefits

Paid vacation time and holidays.
