The Senior Project Manager will provide overall leadership as the primary point of contact responsible for overseeing projects of all sizes and complexities. This position will be responsible for managing project specifications and overseeing contract and construction documents. This is a full-time, in-office/job site position with working hours Monday through Friday, offering opportunities for professional growth within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Ensure compliance with project contract language, current code requirements, and current manufacturer information.
+ Assist with construction administration document processing activities, including shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and closeout documents.
+ Perform preliminary reviews of submittals and incorporate comments from the design team in final responses.

+ Mentor and train design staff based on constructability feedback and lessons learned from field observations as well as construction administration processes.
